Context. At Pragma, businesses come to transform how technology, design, and innovation show up in people’s lives. During my summer internship, I worked along side the design and business team. My job was to understand what business wanted and turn it into visual experiences clients could relate to.

Problem.

Companies want to integrate technology to their products and services. From unlocking your new Kia car from the app, to asking your AI Financial Buddy how to save for your new goal. The real challenge isn’t innovation — it’s clarity. Companies struggle to turn complex ideas into experiences people immediately understand and trust. That's when our team came in.

Kia. Kia was looking for an innovation partner who valued technology and design the same way they did. Managing a car still felt fragmented, information lived in different places, and digital cues didn’t reflect the simplicity users expect. The challenge was to rethink the digital car experience as one connected, intuitive place.

Financial bank. They wanted to go beyond a traditional chatbot. Financial tools often feel complex and distant, making it hard for users to understand their money or make confident decisions. The challenge was to create a more human, approachable way for people to interact with their finances.

Impact.

By working closely with both business and design teams, I translated customer needs into clear visual experiences that could be evaluated early. This helped accelerate strategic decisions, align teams' goals faster, and move more confidently toward delivery. Presenting ideas in this way strengthened client trust, supported long-term partnerships, and clarified digital product strategy.
